I had a first interview with the recruiter. Then I had a very short interview with the hiring manager, and they were supposed to come back to me in about a week. This was not the case, I wait a few extra days and send a followup email, the recruiter who schedules the calls told me he would let the main recruiter know and he/she should come back to me. It took me weeks to get some feedback. The company needs to improve the candidate experience.
