      The first screening Interview latest about 15 minutes with basics question. The second round Interview was an hour skype interview with 2 employees from the department. Deeper questions about previous experiences and how they could be valuable at this job position. Both Interviews were very relaxed.

      Entretien

      I applied online via the career page and was invited to a 30-minute screening with the team lead. During this meeting, the lead gave me an overall rundown of the position and the tasks it involved + asked the questions listed below. Once I confirmed that the position seemed interesting, I was invited for the second round, a case study presentation in front of a team of 4 partner consultants. The case study was focused on answering six questions about partner performance measurement and how this could be improved. You were given KPI data in an excel sheet and were asked to use this in the analysis. The actual interview presentation went well - the team was really engaged and encouraging. Unfortunately, the communication with the talent acquisition partner was somewhat rocky. The position was closed after the second round of interviews due to internal restructuring. While this is frustrating, it can happen. However, when it does, the TA should take adequate time and provide detailed feedback to the candidates. This was not the case, as only a very brief, one-sided phone conversation and a very standard rejection email were initiated. Considering the three days spent working on the case study, a more personalized feedback would have been much appreciated. Certainly not the best candidate experience and left a negative picture of the recruitment process.
