J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zalando (Buenos Aires) en oct. 2020
Entretien
1st round - HR. Quick Q&A, actually a little strange sometimes but I understand they want to cut to the chase and hear only "Yes or No" from you. Every time I elaborated a little more I heard a "no worries that's fine it was enough".
2nd round - Technical chat. I wouldn't say it's an interview it was rather a chat with someone from the team who is able to clarify what they are looking for, the skill set and answer your personal questions.
3rd round - Live coding session. I assumably suck at those. I won't give any reason why I couldn't do it well. To be honest I studied NON STOP so many things for around 2 weeks before getting to that coding session. And I miserably failed. That's all. I studied many complex stuff and was able to solve hard codility tests and there was 2 "simple" questions I couldn't properly solve them in 1:30 hrs. There was also a few very very simple SQL questions.
The experience was great. Cannot complain about anything but about myself. I will certainly apply again in 6 months if I don't get approved in the other processes I'm a candidate.
