First they asked for a codility test. I got a %78 result but it took a lot of time for them to response what happened with the exam as I sent several emails about the process. After that I got second Skype interview (1 months later from the Codility test). I passed that but in order to understand result I had to wait 2 months. After two months I got 4.5 hours interview with 4 different person. At the last hour which my mind was completely gone, they asked some interesting questions which I am skeptical if it's about Software Engineering or not. Apart from the last interview, everything was fine. After that they were till quiet and I asked them to give me the result as I had to prepare my future plans for that and they invited me for a HR interview. I had to give permission from job for the HR interview and the HR told me "unfortunately we do not want to proceed with you".Oh god, you should have told that by email or something like that without an HR interview. All I can say is this is the worst interview and long process that I lived. The company has no respect to candidate. I made the HR interview with a Estonian guy called Ilja Mitrofanov . His face was like kidding with people. Anyway I do not think it's a professionalisms l company and respect to candidates. Please do not waste your precious time with them.

I had an initial interview with Zalando's internal recruiter and then 2 interviews for the role. Overall I am extremely dissapointed with the experience. During the interview with the recruiter they offered to schedule another another appointment to help prepare and understand the hiring process better, after sharing my availability for this meeting I got ghosted, when I followed up I simply got a generic reply and to let them know if I had any questions (that's what that meeting was supposed to be about) The second interview was a technical interview that consisted on a discussion on my overall experience and an algorythms question that I would put on easy/medium-easy. This was a very satisfying interview with a great professional, sadly the rest of the experience puts a bitter note to this. The final interview I was invited to was a hiring manager interview. The questions for this interview would be what you expect to find after googling "top 10 HR tech interview questions". The barely left 5 min for questions of the schedule time and cut it abruptly after that, clearly no interest in the interviewee asking questions. Initially they informed me that the process is expected to last 20 days, between the 1st and 2nd interview at least half of that time went by.
