I had the phone interview with the HR & The hiring manager scheduled to span no longer than 30 minutes. The interview started with an introduction of their company after which it was really hard to follow since the HR's voice was very unclear and I was only able to understand the Hiring manager who demonstrated some real interest and was clear in her explanations. Overall, they seemed to rush the interview which was over in just 26 minutes and did not give enough time to explain myself better. No Feedback was given after they rejected and was sent a machine generated mail. Maybe a great company but abysmal recruitment process. Advice to management - Do Skype interviews instead.
