First there was a call interview which took about 30min. Afterwards I has a personal interview in Berlin which I had to pay the tickets and then they would refund me. The interview took nearlly 2 hours. They told me they would let me know in two weeks the decision but no answer was given and no explanation. After nearly 1 month and a half they decided to call me for a no answer.
