Very time consuming.
Coding round was via hackerrank with a lead engineer and was surprisingly quite pleasant. Design was also hackerrank drawing diagram and explaining and discussing with the Principal Engineer, good experience too. Collaboration with a product manager was behavioural and good experience too. Culture fit was whether the hiring manager see you as a fit into their view of how they want the role to operate, based on your past experience examples.
Would have been better experience to do culture fit first round rather than last as there is no point of wasting so much time if the culture expectations don't fit from either end and it's strange that the candidate don't get to meet their potential direct manager until so late in the process.
