I came in through the graduate program, which involved a different process to the standard interview process. About 40 of us were offered a place on the graduate recruitment day, after submitting C.V's to Xero. During the recruitment day, we had several coding challenges, a couple of quick interviews, and delivered a short impromptu presentation. Awesome process, as it allowed the grads to see the culture of Xero and created a more relaxed environment which allowed for a better overview of what the grads were like and what the company is like. This allowed both parties to make more informed decisions about potential employment.

Technical Round: Some questions testing reaction time, multiple-choice questions, and three simple coding problems, you have enough time to finish all questions. VI Round: Behavioral questions, failed in this round, and no feedback about the reason.
