Entretien
Everyone was super friendly, personal and professional from the HR team through to the panel. They are looking for the right culture fit and this is really clear in their interviews. I loved how they don't ask silly questions to test your IQ, just questions about you and your experience mostly. The interviews were challenging but they were warm and friendly which helped. They also give you lots of detailed feedback after each round which is rare.

Entretien
A few stages - interview with the recruiter, task with the hiring managers, and interview with the team members. Generally, it was enjoyable and well-organised, with all of the interviewers being reasonable and respectful.

Screening call, and then 3 more interviews. One of them was an exercise of mapping out what your first 90 days in the role would look like. Was quite a long process and had to push to get the next interviews scheduled sooner as I was interviewing with other companies and wanted to weigh up my options. In the end they weren't able to put an offer on the table in time so I ended up going elsewhere. Got the feeling they didn't want to compete with other offers / would rather hire someone who had them as their first/only choice.

The recruitment team were super friendly and easy to deal with. However the interview process is lengthy and inconsistent and if you don't get the role you applied for you have to start back at the beginning of the whole process.
