I applied online and the whole process was a quick phone call from the HR representative and 3 face-to-face interviews (from the time I applied to the time I accepted the offer: 4 weeks). Call with HR representative: she called me a few days after I applied. It was a simple and amiable chat. Normal procedure where some of the questions were: why XERO? a bit about myself..., salary expectations, and a chance to ask questions back. First F2F interview: It was with another Product Owner and a Product Manager. Took 1 hour where there were a lot fo questions about my skills, what I love doing and why XERO. Also, had the opportunity to ask deeper questions about the role. Second F2F interview: It was with another 2 Product Managers. I had to prepare a case study from 2 options: either a production issue or a new project. The whole idea was to show how I approach such situations. I did it, the interview went well and it was probably the interview I enjoyed the most in my whole career. Third and final F2F interview: It was with a General Manager. It took 45 minutes and the idea was to know more about each other and see how both of us can make the other to grow. I felt very connected. Had a chance to ask very deep questions about the company, strategy, plans for the future and expectations. I received a call the next day with an offer and (after a few negotiations) I accepted it. I enjoyed the process from start to end. The HR team was always very responsive and provided updates very fast.

A few stages - interview with the recruiter, task with the hiring managers, and interview with the team members. Generally, it was enjoyable and well-organised, with all of the interviewers being reasonable and respectful.
