Process was a phone screen then a live chat session. The process then dragged on for weeks, I was hired long before being told they moved onto more experienced applicants. Quote I'll never forget "I have a good history of working with large teams in big companies you should check my LinkedIn page and see". This came from a middle aged women out of LA who almost sounded like she had a clue but not really. You should never share financing info with prospects during a first phone screen. Run from these people, I know their trying to figure it out and think cash flow positive really means something, the new US teams are lost and Management is made of big box people with no true experience in a real saas startup,
