The Workday HCM Solution Consultant interview process involves recruiter screening, technical and communication-based manager interviews, a solution-focused demo presentation, panel interviews assessing value messaging, and final evaluations of consulting, sales, and stakeholder skills.
Our goal is to make the interview process meaningful and transparent, for both candidates and our team. We're glad you had a positive experience and enjoyed connecting with some of the great people who make Workday special.
Entretien
The first few interviews were relaxed and pretty standard fare. The final interview was a mock presentation in front of a small panel. I had about a week to develop the presentation, which was definitely a challenge, but the individuals on the panel was super kind and upbeat, which made it much easier.

Ich wurde über LinkedIn angesprochen. Hatte zunächst 2 Telefoninterviews und dann ein persönliches Gespräch. Danach folgten 3 Kompetenzinterviews.
