Avantages

Attractive benefits and salaries (and RSUs), but these are gradually disappearing. Great colleagues, but the best ones tend to leave or are pushed out (just look at the number of departure messages on LinkedIn, especially from long-serving employees). Quite nice offices, generally in good locations. Customers who appreciate the company and its products and treat it well in return.

Inconvénients

The management imported from other companies is just awful, implementing the most stupid decisions without batting an eyelid and standing to attention. Workday's so-called culture and values are always emphasized, but the reality is that only one value is now respected: profitability. Workday has lost confidence in itself, its teams, its products, and its ability to innovate. The leaders (Sayan, Aneel, etc.) have completely missed the AI boat, and now it's panic on board. Products are no longer being improved; everything is delegated to partners. And when it comes to AI, it's complete chaos, with managers coming and going, constant contradictory orders, and a ban on expressing doubts.
