My interview process was great until it got to the secound round with the hiring manager.
I was under the impression that my interview was going to be about their VIBES culture and spent a lot of time preparing.
Come interview time, the hiring manager was only interested in talking about the great culture at Workday (which I don't doubt - I've come from an organisation with an amazing culture too, and sang their praises). But 20 minutes into the interview, there were still no questions about my competency or how I've dealt previously with diversity, inclusion or belonging, etc. I politely asked if my interview was supposed to be as described as HR mentioned in the previous round...to which I was finally asked a question about inclusion.
I had a sinking feeling all meeting that perhaps the role had been filled on the same day or even the day before, because the hiring manager completely uninterested in my skills, or myself for that matter.
What a complete waste of time - there was no feedback on why I wasn't moving on to the next round as well.
For a company that harps on about culture, I'd think hard about how you maintain transparency outside of it. I'm incredibly disappointed and honestly, peeved at the waste of time and energy.

There are 3 rounds, 2 Tech and 1 managerial round . HR gives you a detailed explanation about the company , role and interview process.
Technical interview is also good , but they prefer only people from pune.
