Overall, great interview process although they went with another candidate. Conversations were open-ended and team was very nice. No "quizzing" on products, felt very relaxed and team was very open and kind.

The interview process was fast and efficient. They know exactly what they want and everyone I interviewed with was very friendly. They all seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and teammates.

Entretien
Very frustrating and unprofessional interview process by their Dublin team. Their hiring process is broken and seriously needs fixing. Interviewers making assumptions and concerns of you before they even get to speak to you. Most didn't even take the time to read over my resume and if they did they did not read it correctly. Asking staff of Workday who have less experience than my own in the specific field to interview me is simply bizarre and I personally thought they felt threatened in some way because of my years of experience. Why schedule 6 interviews all at once and go through the whole process to be told that someone had doubts on you. If someone has doubts after the first or second call then the interview process does not continue. Like who does that? Left waiting weeks on end for responses and feedback. How this company has won awards is beyond me. With all the interviews I have had this has to be the worst experience dealing with very unprofessional interviewers I've ever had in my life. I personally do not recommend this company. If this was the treatment I observed and received in the interview process I can only imagine what it would like to actually work for the company. AVOID!!
