Be prepared to do 5-6 interviews and a presentation for a panel. You'll first interview with the recruiter, then they'll push you forward to the hiring manager, then to maybe a Sr Manager and/or Director, and possibly another consultant. You are also required to conduct a presentation for some positions, which you present for a panel of 3-5 people. Depending on the team's availability, this process can take up to 6 weeks (one a week being about average as far as interviews go).
