I was an employee referral - and super excited to have the potential with Workday. I studied for 2 days - reading the 10K, everything I could get my hands on regarding the products the people and the goals for the organization. I was very prepared. The recruiter was 15 minutes late for the interview - and after I reached out to her - are we having this call?.... she contacted me back - other meeting ran over - so sorry... She had one question that was of importance to her - how many end to end ERP implementations had I managed. Didn't care about my experience - wanted a number and I got the feeling it needed to be like 5 or more. Hadn't reviewed my resume - didn't have it available told me to tell her about myself as she pulled up my resume... even after being 15 min late. Then she gave me the bums rush to get off the phone in 10 minutes. So very unprofessional and sad. Huge waste of my time and energy. How in the world does this company win awards for putting people first? I'm not a spring chicken and this was hands down the most unprofessional interview I've ever had.

How many end to end ERP implementations have you managed
First call with recruiter, 3 interviews and a mock steerco. They make it clear they cannot pay above the mid range, although they advertise the entire range. I was excluded from the interview process on pay grounds.

Extremely lengthy interview process with several managers and different members of the team. They examine you as if you are going to work for NASA. At the end of the interview process you don’t even want the job anymore.

4 total interviews, 1st one was a screening interview, 2nd one with an employee in a similar role, 3rd one with the hiring manager and the 4th one being a mock steering committee meeting with a panel of 4 employess via video call.
