J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday (Pleasanton, CA) en févr. 2017
Entretien
I had 2 phone interviews and an additional 5 onsite interviews with separate individuals. During this round I also had a 15 minute presentation. For the second round of onsite interviews with 3 directors and the department VP. Most questions were checking for cultural fit. There was also an internal candidate in the running. I thought for sure the internal candidate would get the offer. I was delighted to get the offer. I have wanted to join Workday for a long time. Took the offer and have been happy ever since.

Question 1
If you had a deliverable that was in jeopardy, what would you do?
Difficult interview, very organized but the process took about 3 months in total. Met with 5 different people. Scheduling was easy and quick responses, but due to nature of scheduling with multiple people it took a long time.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. While it may not have been the news you wanted to move forward on this occasion, we do wish you the best for the future and appreciate your constructive feedback.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday (Vancouver, BC) en avr. 2022

6 week process - 5 interviews. Took forever for them to get back on the next steps.
Finally after waiting a week with no word, I reached out to HR with an update on my job application, to which they responded a week later that I wasn't chosen.
Terrible that they put you through so many rounds of interviews to just ghost you on your application.
If you're waiting for anything from them, just keep heckling them and hopefully they'll get back.
