Very thorough interview process, Workday are really looking for the right person to join their teams. This was clear from the very first phone screening right through to interview with the VP of Operations. The process took awhile but when I was offered a position I felt like that the company had really invested in me as a candidate.
For the Graduate Operations Centre Engineer role at least, there was no initial siphoning of candidates via competency tests or personality quizzes. It's nice to see that there is still some companies that don't rely on algorithms to identify potential candidates, other companies should take a leaf!
TIP: Know your CV inside out and don't put anything on that you don't want to be asked about or can't explain.
