I had an interaction with the recruiter that was terrible. I kept telling her I was interested in the position. She told me many people had left since it wasn't a development job (even thought the job title says it is), but more of a testing role. I said that was okay and she said she would follow up with me and send my application to the manager. I got a rejection notice on my email literally THE SECOND after the phone call. I've never had that fast of a rejection after phone call before. So rude!

I went through two rounds of interviews, and both rounds went genuinely well. The interviewers themselves were positive and even told me I would receive feedback soon. After that? Total silence. The HR team simply ghosted me—no update, no feedback, not even a basic acknowledgment of my follow-up emails. For a company that expects candidates to prepare, coordinate availability, and invest hours into their process, their complete lack of courtesy is shocking. If this is how they treat people during the interview stage, I can only imagine how poorly they must treat employees internally. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and absolutely not worth the time or effort. I regret wasting my time interviewing here, and I hope others avoid the same experience.
