I had an in person ~5 minute interview after an infosesh when Workday came to my university. I got an in person interview in which we briefly went over my resume, then did one technical question that gained complexity the further I went on (the interviewer would add more things to the problem). A few days later I got the onsite which was a fun day of interviewing in 30 minute segments, except for the technical hour. So fun!!
