Interview Process – HR Interview:
The HR interview began with a brief introduction and general questions about my background. I was asked about my willingness to relocate and whether I was aware of the company’s bond policy. The discussion then moved to my projects, where we had an in-depth conversation about one specific project — covering everything from the chosen tech stack to each component’s role and purpose. We also discussed database design, structure, and implementation in detail, along with related technical considerations.

The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. First, there was an online assessment including aptitude, logical reasoning, and coding questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were shortlisted for the technical interview, where questions were asked about programming, projects, and basic computer science concepts. Finally, there was an HR round focusing on communication skills, career goals, and willingness to learn.
First Round is Online Test consisting both aptitude mcq's and 2 coding questions
Second Round is SVAR Communication Test consists of six sections
After qualifying in both the rounds, now the third round is Technical + HR Interview which lasts around 30 to 40 minutes.

My Wipro Elite interview was smooth and well-organized. It included an online assessment (aptitude, coding, and communication) followed by a technical and HR round focusing on basics, projects, and problem-solving skills.
