First Round Interview - Technical / Skill Assessment 4. Final Interview - This could involve meeting senior management or executives, focusing on strategic fit, leadership qualities, and alignment with company values.

The selection process happened in 3 rounds . All the rounds were managed by different teams of same department. Each round included different aspects like pronunciation, communication skill , aspirations and many more . The interviews for me went good.
