First of they Collect Candediate Resumes. After this process they call one by one in their Cabin and ask basic questions and in this process they take min 15 to 20 each candiates

Interview was difficult but had good experience. Questions related c and statistics( as I had statistics as one of the my specialization in college )were asked mostly and interview was nearly about 30min.
