Badly conducted interview by mangers who didn't know what role they were hiring for and had not relevant technical experience. Was clear that Wipro didn't have the technical knowledge in house to deliver the service they were supposed to be delivering
Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.

Entretien
Interview process was very smooth, there were four rounds, first two rounds were technical and the third round was client round. Last one was HR discussion. Interviewers were very nice, they were very clear about what they need from you.
