its multiple rounds of interview. they took almost 3 weeks to complete interview rounds. they have 4 rounds of interview
1. Technical Screening
2. Technical round
3. technical Manager round
4. HR Round

Entretien
Firstly, phone screening
Then technical round - 1 hr long at least.
And addl technical round - 1 hr long at least.
Its like they interview the candidates like if they are beating them in the war.
One thing i don’t understand is they keep asking in depth technical queries even though candidate clears that he has no idea and not worked on it.
At the end, they wont select the candidate after doing all of this.
No transparent communication is maintained on application process.
Very bad team and teM culture.

I had three rounds. First one is technical round and second is techno + managerial and last one is Hr round. Interview panels was friendly and recieved offer letter within a month
