Recruited on a campus interview.
The interview consisted of aptitude test which was fine, technical round was easy.
Aptitude Test consisted of 50 questions and time limit 60 minutes.
Technical round was for 30-45 mins, basic SQLs, logical reasoning.
Heard the technical round for lateral hiring is difficult.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
