Very good process. Followups taken regularly. Process takes very long time though. Gaps between all the rounds. HR discussion was good. Difficulty level was moderate in terms of technical round. Panel was very good
3 round of interview. Before that there is a test for checking communication skills. This role is for bps sector. After passing the test, had an interview with team lead, and it was good.

Three round are conducted generally. First is technical. Second round is excel test. Third is technical plus HR. The difficulty level is average. The questions are dependent on the team you are going into.
