There were two rounds of interview and one round of discussion with HR. I was virtually interviewed. Process was very smooth.
The whole process of interview and onboarding hardly took 2 weeks.

Being a finance grad I was asked questions related to finance such as difference between net income and gross profit, difference between government and private company, etc.
My profile was related to ESG so I was also asked questions related to that. Such as CSR in India, understanding of the term ESG, global warming, GHG, climate change, etc.
Worst to the most,there where no proper organised interview and the kept the interview on the phon which totaly un acceptable,The staffs where very rude and the total place is like a mess
