first they conducted they will give any topic ,they will check your confidence and your communication skills And the second round is telephonic interview And then interview don't have to prepare too much because its all about your communication skills and basic trouble shooting questions as the package is very low declined the offer

The first round was conducted in group in a well occupied room. There were around 30-40 candidates and a HR. They asked to speak on any topic of our choice and the time limit was 1 minute to each candidate.
