The company came to our campus. At first we have written round followed by two interview rounds.In written there were four sections aptitude, reasoning, English and coding. Coding section has two codes 1st was an easy code and the second one was an average code. First interview was technical interview and the second one was HR interview.
The selection process consists of three rounds. Two face-to-face interviews focus on your introduction, past work experience, and how you handled challenges, while also evaluating communication and confidence. The final round is an exam that tests your role-related knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the position.
Application process, preliminary call, shortlisting, interview, technical interbiew, hr call, salary negotiation , final round call with senior manager or directors team , then final salary call again. So it went pretty well.
