Bad experience. Took over 30 days from the day I received my verbal offer to receive the written offer with my start-date. Upon arrival for my first day of work, I was turned away because they were unprepared. It took an additional 2 weeks before I began work.

Very straightforward interview process, considering we were under lockdown rules.
A telephone call with a recruiter was followed up with a Teams call with the hiring manager, who described the roll and culture of the company.
I was then given a scenario for a presentation, and displayed this at a 3rd interview which was a group (3 individuals) and answered their questions on another teams call.

Entretien
It was through referral. HR and Interview team kept me very informed and keep me comfortable. It was 4 round technical and 1 round of HR. First two rounds were taken from managers in India. Other two rounds taken from onsite directors.
