I got my first and second interview in June, was asked to complete further examinations in July, and finally got the final interview and job offer in August.

1st Interview - About yourself, family background, how to deal with angry clients, knowledge about call center
2nd Interview - Since I am a working student, the whole interview was about how am I planning to balance both responsibilities without sacrificing either.
3rd Interview - "Can you introduce yourself", "Do you have any previous job experience?", "What do you think are the challenges you'll encounter in this job?", "With the work from home situation, how are you going to deal with it?"

Entretien
My first round was a JAM session, where I spoke about Hyderabad, the topic given by the interviewer. The second round was conducted on the same day. Since I was a fresher, it was a basic personal interview. Within 12 days, I received an exam email that included English sections.

They ask education details, why don’t you go for higher studies, any-projects u did, transportation facility, okay for night shifts and hobbies
Two rounds of online interview both taken online. One interview was complete resume based and the other one was to check my english communication skills. Interviewers were not grilling or trying to take any kind of stress interview.
