It was a drive, and many candidates are there for Scrum Master position, Overall negative experience. Waiting in sunny day at main gate for long time. Then one security guy will head you towards panel in respective tower. Again they took round one which last for 40 min with random rapid-fire questions on Agile, Scrum, Team handling, Project Management. You will not even get chance to breath to ans the questions. Once i came out of that room, all other candidates were not there ( around 30-40), they meet at main gate again. HR said will get back to you to all. Waste of time, money, efforts.

Entrevista foi ruim.. Um prédio antigo, fiz a entrevista na sala de maquina de ar-condicionado. Entrevista com um Gerente de projeto e desejava mais um PMO do que o um SM. RH não teve participação nenhuma na entrevista já foi falar direto com Gerente. Real o local e jeito de se portar do gerente não desejei voltar, fiquei por respeito a pessoa que me chamou e a disponibilidade de tempo.

It was telephonic technical round. Process took 1 day. The interviewer was knowledgeble and calm. She asked very good specific questions. Most of the questions were theory based. I was expecting few scenario based ques as well.
