The interview process starts with inline test which has Html, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, Verbal(need to write an essay)and 2 scenarios for which we need to write code to drive output. Next is technical discussion which I took through video conferencing which was conducted by external agencies. The 3 rd round was technical discussion 2, which I attended in guindy office, Chennai. A person call to my mobile and we started discussion. It was not so plesent, he doesn't know how to interview an experienced candidates, he believes that what he says is right. He was not in listening mode. When I answered a question he said it was wrong and asked me to try the same in editor, when I tried what I said was working perfectly. He really doesn't have working knowledge, simply googling and shooting out the question and expecting the same keywords what he saw in Google.
