There were 5 rounds of interviews. The first round was a very simple round. They got large groups of people and asked each one to tell how they spent their Sunday. The majority was eliminated there for bad English, ranging from grammer to pronunciation errors. The second round was a test taken over the phone with an automated machine, you had a test paper comprising of different kinds of questions, the answered which you would need to reply verbally , this round also tested your ability to listen as a few questions were based on what you heard. Once you get through this round you an HR will ask you about salary, now there's really no negotiation at this level in Wipro if you're a fresher like I was. They will pay you as strictly as per your educational qualifications in this case. For everyone else, this is where you can negotiate salary. Next, round 4 was where I was interviewed by the process head. There were no typical interview like questions, just normal conversation about myself. Last round a Skype interview with a senior manager, this interview is recorded and you are asked the typical interview questions, an example being "Where do you see yourself in 5 years"
