Ho fatto application, poi ho ricevuto una chiamata conoscitiva per fissare il colloquio. Ho poi fatto un colloquio behavioral con HR e tecnico con partner. Mi hanno fatto risolvere dei casi studio in ambito category management.

One round of interviews. Behavioral questions with two category managers + a simple case about how to mitigate risk of mirrors, which have high damage rates. Heard back in one day.

Entretien
My hiring process consisted of two half-hour phone interviews, one hour in total. I was applying for a position only available to students at my university, and submitted my resume through established channels between Northeastern University and Wayfair. I had another offer on the table and my interviewers were great about getting back to me in a timely manner. The same HR manager who informed me of my first offer from a different department within Wayfair was the same one to inform me of my offer for the Category Management position, and he reached out the same afternoon of my phone interviews. There was a high level of clarity and communication between myself, the people I interviewed with, and HR which made the process seamless.

The majority of questions were behavioral, one however that I felt was more unique was whether or not I had a professional mentor, and what it was that I contributed to that relationship.
