Boiler plate process. First screening call(actually phone voice call) about a week to reply. Then a second case interview. pretty straightforward as well, received the reply the same day. The senior analyst who interviewed was kind and asked pretty straightforward questions.
The third interview was with 2 people, 45 min each,
One with a Senior analyst, discussed a bit on my thesis. Then he gave me to pick a topic and build a "case" on it, which was a bit weird and also caught me by surprise, because we were talking about the business as whole and nothing specific and was hard to understand what was he expecting me to answer and what kind of skills he was trying to evaluate. The second part of the 3rd interview was below average for me. It was hard to read the interviewer's reaction to my answers, it felt like he was not paying attention to what I was saying because he wasn't look at the camera, which was a bit off putting for me. He did ask good questions and threw me off guard in some occasions, which is expected in the final round I guess. Third part of the 3rd interview was a quick debrief with the HR.
The good part was that there was feedback session after my rejection with the same HR, where they gave me some insights to as to why they rejected me(strong technical skills but weak business skills).

First, I had an initial call to discuss my experience and salary expectations. Then I was invited to a second stage where I had to complete a task and present my findings. The process was well-structured, and communication was clear throughout.
Interview process went smoothly, interviewers were super nice and seemed very open to helping future interns. I also got to learn a lot about the work culture there and projects that interns would be working on if hired.
