The interview process was fast and super simple. Recruiter contacted me and scheduled a 30 min. phone interview. Phone interview involved code pairing using hackerrank and some basic coding questions were asked. Immediately on the next day after phone screen, recruiter contacted me and helped me schedule an onsite interview. The onsite interview had 3 rounds; 1 hr each and involved a lot of white boarding. There was a lot of emphasis on SQL (design database and write queries). All the interviewers were very nice and patient and were fully involved in the interview process. They also gave hints whenever I got stuck and were very engaging. Additionally they all seemed genuinely interested in hearing my solutions and it felt more like a discussion instead of traditional question-answer interview. Within 2 days of the onsite interview, recruiter called and made an offer. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I couldn't take it. Overall the company and work culture seemed great. The interviewers discussed some modern frameworks they have built in-house which seemed very cool. The location of Boston office is awesome and structurally it's a very modern office.
