A recruiter reached out to me, we spoke on the phone, she then set up an interview with someone from the team I was interviewing for. The interview went great, the employee was very nice and the conversation was easy. At the end of the interview, she said the recruiter would reach out to me to set up the next and final interview that would be a case study. I received an email the next day from the recruiter basically saying "thanks but no thanks". The recruiter said to reach out if I wanted feedback so I did. Never received the feedback. Second time this has happened with Wayfair. Will never interview there again.
