Entretien
I had two 30min interviews with two people from Wayfair, one in HR and one in Senior product designer. It felt more like chat and the questions all seemed geared towards how I think and how I work with groups than anything else.
The process was pretty standard. In-house recruiter screening, first interview with the hiring manager, portfolio review meeting, and a final round that consists of 4 different interviews. The recruiter walked me through every step of the process, which was helpful.

Walk me through an app of your choice and critique it
A recruiter reached out to enter my interview availability twice this year. Both times the recruiter did not schedule an interview. I even followed up a few times. Terrible etiquette in my opinion.

Entretien
It was a great interview. The people working there are great. But I have no idea why I got rejected. One thing I did not like is there interview system of keeping one after the other.
