Then an interview (google meet) to discuss my technical (case study) with two people one a current instructional designer and the other a marketing manager. Afterwards an afternoon of three interviews (all managers and senior managers, back to back not a panel) each focusing on a different company mission standard (STAR questions). Offer delivered two days later. Overall process took right at a month.
