Began with a phone screen with hiring manager rescheduled on her end after flaking on the first meeting. Then came in for an onsite visit. Met with several team members, all who were great to speak with regarding the position and the corporate culture.
The entire process was a little clunky, and less polished than what you would expect from a company that boasts about corporate culture. For example, my name was not added to the visitor list, so by the time we found each other, it appeared that I was late, and we were short on time. I get it, things happen, but there were red flags consistently throughout the process.
Everything speaks, even if you are not interested in the particular candidate, its pretty telling to show the candidate your lack of interest after the hoops that they likely jumped throughout the interview process.
