One phone call and one video interview. Phone interview was simple.
Video interview was easy to be honest. general questions to be expected in the star method about why did you apply for this role and customer service questions.
the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process
