J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wayfair (Boston, MA) en mars 2019
Entretien
The HR reached out to me with multiple positions but no clarity on the exact role, citing multiple positions opened. Interviews were straight forward and easy. They knew about my salary expectations and role expectations from Day1. After multiple back and forth on getting back with a feedback, finally, an offer was rolled out, which was 1 level below (Senior Manager) and salary offered was a joke, almost 40% lower than what I am earning now. Dont know what was going on in the HR and HM's mind but felt like a terrible waste of time and energy. Decided to deny the offer. Might as well have just denied an offer to me than creating a situation to burn bridges.
It aligns with multiple reviews i see here at Glassdoor about Wayfair.
The interview process was so well put together. The experience described was exactly what I experienced. Well described and executed. This allowed me to prepare in the most effective way.
Case interviews, many rounds, very data driven. The rounds of feedback and hiring manager role in hiring were vague. Process lingered for weeks followed by recruiter call sharing internal candidate hire.
