Started with phone interview and then in-person. Straight forward and engaging interviews - both phone and in person. People were professional and seemed excited about their work. The people I spoke with were upfront about the pros and cons of the position.

Generic did not receive much feedback but interviewer was pleasant. It would be helpful if we receive feedback on interviews because it would help to improve for future endeavors. It helps no one when none is given.
normal interview process. walked in and met with the appropriate folks. nothing out of the ordinary. It lasted about 45 minutes in total. I was not offered the job but there are no hard feelings.

The Interview process was very straight forward, long as you are experienced with customer service answering them correctly should be a breeze. The interview is also conducted via web cam.
