The initial part of the interview was fine, I got a tour, and then sat in one of the meeting rooms for 6 hours while they brought in interviewers. Several times I was sent to the whiteboard to do some technical problem solving. I wished I had been briefed on the level of technical questions they were planning to ask, so I could have been better prepared. The body language of some of the interviewers was not positive, I almost felt like they were hoping to trip me up. I was rejected, but never had a follow-up conversation with the recruiter until 2 weeks after.

How I would interact with a particular request from a product owner regarding a particular feature they were requesting.
The interview process was so well put together. The experience described was exactly what I experienced. Well described and executed. This allowed me to prepare in the most effective way.
Case interviews, many rounds, very data driven. The rounds of feedback and hiring manager role in hiring were vague. Process lingered for weeks followed by recruiter call sharing internal candidate hire.

Most challenging managerial scenarios and remediation
Simple three step process. HR, technical and final. It was a smooth process. HR person and Technical managers were very knowledgeable. The whole process took 3 weeks. There were e commerce related questions in technical round.
