      I applied on a weekend, got an email on Sunday to do the long assessment, it wasn't hard just one of the longest assessment test I've done for a job. Got an email from my recruiter on Monday to set up a phone interview. She told me about the job and what to expect, and ask a few questions like why I wanted to work for Wayfair and what I've done in the past. We loved forward to the second interview with two hiring managers. It was a webcam interview and we were having technical issues so we finished over the phone. Lots of questions with customer service "tell me about a time when..... " It went really good. They said I will be hearing from my recruiter in 24-48hrs on the next steps. Haven't hheard anything yet, the second interview wwas on Tuesday and today is Saturday. I did leave her a voice message so hoping she will give me a call back.

      I had mines Yesterday My interview was very comfortable, gathered so much information , really took the time to get to know me about my experience on so many levels it was time lengthy which was awesome VERY awesome i feel good about it just hope i get the position she stated a recruiter will reach out to me 24 to 48 hours so be on the look out ! Making this review its asking if i got an off YES OR NO im choosing YES , i have to claim it if not ill update :) i wish you all the best on you job hunting journey's

      Applied online. Received an email reply within 24 hours asking for additional information/testing. Took online typing test, personality test, and screen shots of my internet speed. Waited another 24 hours. Received invite for phone interview scheduled the following week. An hour prior to phone interview, I received a call from Utah phone number. It was a Wayfair employee reminding me of my interview time and offering a few "pointers on how to pass the interview" ... odd, but *shrugs* Interviewer called an hour early. I swear it was scheduled for 2pm in my time zone, but she called 2pm Boston time. It threw me for a good minute or two -- maybe that was the plan??? Maybe it was an accident? Interviewer was extremely nice.

      1) Tell us about a time you had an irate customer and what did you do. 2) Tell us about a time that you couldn't help a customer. 3) Tell us about a time you had a negative review/constructive criticism from a boss and how you handled it. 4) Tell us about a time where you couldn't meet your metrics or target goals and how you handled it.
