J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wayfair (Boston, MA) en sept. 2018
Entretien
1. Recruiter called me, asked some basic questions like array vs dictionary and later mailed me for telephonic interview.
2. I contacted back but recruiter was not good with responses. 1 week later, he emailed me at 10 AM to interview at 1 PM same day. I agreed.
3. 1 hour coder-pad type interview. (Some Indian interviewer), asked me about my background and after listening my quality work in past, started feeling insecure and jealous.
He tried his best to find little bit of issue but my coding was perfect and i made both questions properly working in no time(he became more insecure). Interview ended. I immediately emailed recruiter regarding updates as i was very confident.
4. recruiter did not reply till 1 week and when i emailed again, he gave me rejection. I asked for reason, he said your boundary cases were failing.
5. Hopefully i never have to interview with such company as the impression is that people here are very insecure.

Overall ok but the coding test environment is like a black box that you just can’t debug. If you solve by debugging, you’re doomed. LeetCode won’t really prepare you for this.
