applied online. got an email about a week later to arrange an online "google hangout" interview. behavioral questions and 4 scenario questions to determine the category i would be most interested in. second round was scheduled for two days later. met with three members of the team. 1: behavioral questions. 2: analyze a spread sheet. 3. 8 case study questions.

Phone call from recruiter, asked alot of questions and made me feel comfortable.
Process was easy and i was offered the job in the spot. I love it at Wayfair
I had two rounds of interview, and each round of interview was composed with two part (either one case and one behavior style interview, or two cases interviewed by different people)..... There were both quantitative and qualitative styled questions.

1 phone interview with someone fromt the HR
3 interviews on the spot with 3 different managers. General talk about my background and personality, then one interview with the manager of the team including technical interview and at the end another interview with a manager from another team which included hypothetical situations questions.
